A collection of four programmes relating to the activity at Morley College between 1935 and 1966, held loosely.

26 January 1935: A Holst Memorial Concert
Handbill and programme for a two-part performance of music by English composers, the first part consisting entirely of music by Holst (Director of Music, Morley College, 1907-23), given by the College Choir and Full Orchestra, with Amy Kemp (piano) and Rose Morse (vocal), under the direction of Arnold Foster. The programme carries a full list of the members of the choir and orchestra.

1-4 May 1963: Morley College Opera Group
Britten, The Rape of Lucretia, performed by Emlyn Ellis, Jack Irons, Josephine Allen, Erich Vietheeer, Peter Leeming, Benjamin Luxon, Shirley Minty, Marjorie Biggar, Janet Edmunds, Elizabeth Hawes, Soo-Bee Lee and Dorothy Copeland (vocal), with the Morley College Opera Orchestra, led by Marta Eitler and conducted by Alan Boustead. This document includes a brief plot synopsis, a list of the orchestral ensemble and opera production team, and a note on the Morley College Opera Group.

Programme and wordbook for a concert consisting of Wagner, A Faust Overture; Harry Samuel, Divertimento, op. 2 no. 3; and Britten, Spring Symphony, given by Elizabeth Simon (soprano), Pauline Stevens (alto) and Robert Tear (tenor), with the Morley College Choir and the London Co-operative Children’s Choir and Morley College Symphony Orchestra, led by Marta Eitler and Paul Collins, conducted by Harry Samuel and Graham Treacher. This document includes brief biographical notes on the Morley ensembles and historical and descriptive notes on the works performed, that for the middle piece being written by the composer.

23-26 February 1966: Morley College Opera Group
Britten, The Turn of the Screw, with Athole Still, Alexandra Browning, Hugh Fagan, Edna Norton, Enid Hartle, Gregory Dempsey and Mary Anna Christian (vocal) and the Opera Group Orchestra, led by Leonard Friedman and conducted by Terence Kern. This document includes notes on the work by Brian Fothergill and Geoffrey Connor as well as a list of the orchestra and the opera production team.
