Description
A collection of loose material relating to the activity of the Oxford University Musical Society between 1990 and 1993, whilst under the direction of James Ross, held as a single box.
The collection includes nine Concert Calendars and programmes (with notes a lists of the orchestral ensemble) for five performances given by ensembles associated with Oxford University Musical Society (see below).
There is also a handbill (with brief biographical notes) for a Piano Recital given by Raymond Mew at the Holywell Music Room on 2 June 1992, a Term Card for Trinity Term 1991 (including listings for the Lunchtime and Evening Recital Series at the Holywell Music Room) and various materials relating to the running of the Society, including membership lists and handwritten and printed correspondence.
